Meet & Greet at a Cafe(30 min)
Before booking your trial session,
we’ll meet at a cafe near the studio for a short 30-minute conversation.
This first step helps you ask questions, share your goals, and feel comfortable before your session.

We begin with a detailed analysis of how you move, then design exercises — grounded in anatomy and movement science — to restore a healthy balance between joints and muscles.

The focus is not only on theory, but also on how your body feels and responds.
By adjusting in real time, you can discover natural movement that carries into daily life without conscious effort.
Toward the end of each session, many clients notice clear changes during the movement check — feeling lighter, steadier, and pleasantly surprised by how easily their body moves.
You’ll also receive practical advice on movement and nutrition to help maintain these changes in everyday life.

About the Trainer
Mami Hashimoto is a posture-focused personal trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) with over 13 years of experience in Tokyo and New York.
Before becoming a trainer, she struggled for years with fatigue, back discomfort, and movement limitations.
Through learning how to use her body more efficiently, she experienced a profound change — one that inspired her to help others feel the same lightness and confidence in their daily lives.
Her approach blends movement science, Pilates-based training, barefoot mechanics, nutrition, and women’s health. With over 10,000 personal training sessions, she is known for her precise observation, clear explanations, and ability to translate the body’s signals into simple, actionable steps.
Mami has worked with a wide range of clients — from professional athletes, musicians, and performers to entrepreneurs and busy professionals — and was mentored by a trainer for Japan’s national rugby team and pro baseball athletes. She also spent a year training clients as a freelance trainer in New York.
Clients describe her as warm, patient, and deeply attentive. Many have stayed with her for over six years, trusting her to support not only their physical conditioning, but also their overall well-being and confidence.

and sessions are held in a private rental studio by appointment only.
